Accompanied with the leaders of Yantai Municiple Government, Yantai High-Tech Zone Committee, deputy secretary of Shandong Provincial Party Committee, Governor Jiang Daming and the related leaders visited Yantai to investigate on June 17, 2012. The delegation visited BIOASIS as well.
The Governor Jiang Daming, Deputy Secretary and the related leaders were shown around shared technological platforms of the park, such as Long-acting and Targeting Technology Center (State Key Laboratory), Biotechnology Center, Analysis and Testing Center and so on. Jiang Daming appraised the insisting on the innovation of biological medicine, marine organism and biological agriculture of the park to build a characteristic park in blue economy field in Shandong province as well as in the whole country. The delegation encouraged the park to adhere to the people-oriented thoughts, strengthen policy support, and continued to enhance the construction of technology incubation carrier. They also inspired the director to foster new medicine enterprises that own independent intellectual property rights with international competitiveness.
